本產(chǎn)品為一管式第一鏈cDNA合成試劑，操作簡便，降低了操作過程中的污染機率。
RT Mix中所用MMLV酶無RNase H活性，避免了cDNA合成反應(yīng)中RNA/DNA雜合體中模板RNA被降解；耐熱溫度高，具有更強的延伸能力和穩(wěn)定性，可用于較長的cDNA合成以及高比例的全長cDNA文庫的構(gòu)建等。
